Ages: 9 to 18

Beauty for Ashes Dance Youth Ensemble is dedicated to dance while promoting dance education to a live audience within the Hampton Roads Community. B4AYDE is also a performance Ensemble featuring students from the Intermediate, Advance, college Bound Dance Program, and Pre-professional prep program. Students are required to transform their dance training for the stage. Our goal is to promote a positive, sound artistic environment with lots of individual growth.  B4AYDE will cultivate the students’ talents to reach their highest potential.  By encouraging our students to aspire toward their own personal goals in a manner that celebrates individuality and ensemble work will result in the promotion of self-worth, hard work, and positive constructive body image. The B4AYDE is offered by invitation only. Students are prepared for repertory workshops, numerous performances, arts enrichment events, personal coaching and audition preparation for academic programs.  Selection for B4A Youth Dance Ensemble is by audition only.  Auditions will be held on the third Saturday in September 2019 at 1:30p.m- 5pm  at BFACSD. They must have turned the listed age on or before the calendar year when classes start.
